Don't give up. You're almost there!
Worry. Guilt. Anguish.
"Have I done enough? Will everything be okay?"
You can't sleep.
You keep tossing and turning, thinking and overthinking.
How do you absolve yourself of this regret over past mistakes?
If you realize that your tense and unhappy state is only created by fear and the suffering you feel is mostly in your mind, you will begin to see a pattern.
Your deep-rooted, repressed issues are coming up to the surface only because they're trying to come out of the darkness and merge with light. And if you recognize them and try on resolving them, the pain might lessen. Realize that the mental torture you're going through is being created by your egoic mind. Give up control and learn to practice present-moment awareness. Know that you can't plan out every single detail of your life, and sometimes you have to "Let go and let God."
