Feeling anxious? You're not alone
These are tricky times we're living in. With an uncertain future and a tough present, we're all faced with a challenge—and for most of us, this challenge is mental anguish.
There's a constant inner worry within us, that leads to no action but more worrying. "Have I done enough? Will everything be okay?"
Realize that your tense and unhappy state is only created by fear. The suffering you feel is mostly in your mind, which is being reflected in your outer reality.
Your deep-rooted, repressed issues are coming up to the surface only because they're trying to come out of the darkness and merge with light. Recognize them and try to resolve them, and the pain might lessen.
Give up control and learn to practice present-moment awareness. Know that you can't plan out every single detail of your life, and sometimes you have to simply surrender.
