You need to speak up and communicate about the circumstances involved. For instance, this could represent a couple who really do not get along but are putting up a perfect facade to the outside world.
Eventually, however, change must take place for the continued tension is unbearable. The choice is available.
Remove the blindfold and look honestly at the situation.
