Go slow & easy on yourself

4 of Swords is a time of stillness and of going within. On this card, we see a man who is quietly and patiently waiting for things to unfold. His hands are folded in gratitude as he silently prays to God and the Universe. He knows that he must rest well before the next step of the journey, and though it could get challenging and hectic, the power of silent meditation is not lost on him. Take a page out of this quiet meditator's book today and be gentle with yourself. Life is tough as it is; you don't have to solve your big troubles today. Leave things for tomorrow. For now, rest well and take care of yourself.
