Purify and decontaminate your soul

The Bhagavad Gita says we're currently living in Kalyug, the dark ages where thievery and connivery are prevalent. Good souls are rubbing shoulders with bad souls, and though the law of polarity states that goodness and evil are two sides of the same coin, we have to protect our auras from lower vibrations. Lower vibrations of fear, anger, impatience, frustration and sadness weigh heavy on our physical bodies and lower our energy levels. Meanwhile, higher vibrations of love, peace, harmony and enlightenment are so light that our energy levels stay high. Today, Temperance comes up to ask you to notice what habits, places or people weigh heavy and contaminate your aura. How can you change the frequency to bring purity to your soul?
